It's dogmeat... the best doggo ever in Fallout. This deck is easy to pick up and play right out of the box. For it being a three-color commander, this is also an easy deck for beginners to play as well. All of the basic lands are full art, which that in itself is a great value and the synergy is fantastic too. Totally worth picking up.
